Three activations where a mobile DTF rig carried the crowd — a conference gate, a retail pop-up, and an off-grid paddock. Different rooms, same fast, full-color line.
A software company wanted the badge line to feel like an experience. We ran two on-site DTF presses beside registration, pressing the event logo onto Bella+Canvas 3001 tees as attendees checked in. Guests picked a size, watched the transfer land, and wore the shirt into the keynote. Two stations cleared the morning rush without a wait longer than a few minutes.
A drink brand booked a weekend pop-up and needed something that stopped shoppers mid-stride. A single DTF rig pressing full-color hoodies and totes on demand did exactly that — the live press was the reason people queued. We rotated four seasonal designs across the run so repeat visitors always found something new.
A sponsor wanted branded gear in the paddock where there was no reliable power. We rolled in with a battery cart, set the rig under the awning, and pressed sponsor logos onto caps and tees between sessions. Because the transfers were pre-built, the crew kept the line moving even when the schedule got hectic.
